1. About these terms

These terms govern your use of cstechhub.co.in and, unless replaced by a signed project agreement, any engagement of CS Tech Hub services. Specific projects are governed by the proposal or contract signed between you and CS Tech Hub.

2. Our services

CS Tech Hub provides software development services including web and mobile application development, custom software, MERN stack development, UI/UX design, API development, cloud and DevOps, AI and business automation, e-commerce development, and maintenance and support. Scope, timelines and deliverables for each project are defined in the applicable proposal.

3. Quotes, payment and taxes

  • Quotes are valid for the period stated in the proposal (typically 30 days)
  • Payment milestones, if any, are defined in the proposal or invoice
  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise
  • Projects may be paused if agreed milestone payments are not received

4. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide timely access to information, content, credentials (e.g. hosting, domains, third-party accounts), and feedback required to deliver the project. Delays in your inputs may affect the delivery schedule.

5. Intellectual property

Upon full payment for a completed project, custom code and deliverables produced specifically for you are transferred to you, except third-party components and open-source libraries, which remain under their own licences. CS Tech Hub retains the right to reuse general know-how, internal tools and non-project-specific code, and may display completed work in its portfolio unless you ask us not to.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties will keep non-public business information of the other party confidential and use it only to perform the project. If you require a formal NDA, we are happy to sign one before starting work.

7. Warranties and disclaimers

We warrant that services will be performed with reasonable skill and care, that deliverables will substantially conform to the agreed scope, and that we will fix defects reported within the agreed post-launch support window. Beyond this, the website content is provided "as is" and we do not warrant that it is uninterrupted or error-free, or that results from following its content will meet your goals.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to our services or this website is limited to the fees paid by you for the engagement giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, including lost profits or data.

9. Third-party services

Projects may use or integrate third-party products (for example cloud platforms, payment gateways, Firebase, Twilio or open-source libraries). Use of those is subject to the third party's own terms, and we are not responsible for their pricing, availability or policy changes.

10. Termination

Either party may end an engagement as set out in the applicable proposal. Work completed up to termination remains payable. Provisions on confidentiality, intellectual property and limitation of liability survive termination.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts of New Delhi have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from this website or our engagement, subject to mandatory consumer protections.
